About this form
Last updated: May 25, 2026
You submitted, or are about to submit, a lead-capture form powered by Pinvale. This page explains who handles your information and what rights you have.
Who is collecting your information
The business that runs this form (whose name and branding you see on the form itself) is the controller of your personal information. They decide why your information is collected and what to do with it.
Pinvale, operated by Mesquite Dev LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, is the processor. Pinvale provides the technology that lets the business build and host the form, store your submission, and reach back out to you. Pinvale processes your information only on the documented instructions of the business that runs the form.
What we receive
Whatever fields the form asks for: typically name, email address, phone number, and sometimes a postal address or short message. The business that runs the form decides which fields appear; Pinvale does not require any specific data.
What we do with it
- We store your submission so the business can see it in their workspace.
- We geocode any postal address you provide (convert it to a latitude and longitude) so the business can see your location on a map.
- We do not use your information to send you marketing from Pinvale. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- The business that runs the form may contact you using the information you provided. Their reasons and methods are governed by their own privacy notice, not Pinvale's.
How long we keep it
Pinvale stores your submission for as long as the business that runs the form keeps its account active. If that business cancels its Pinvale account, the data is retained for 90 days for restoration, then permanently deleted. If the business is required by law to keep records longer, that retention is theirs to manage, not ours.
If you ask to be deleted: the business that runs the form decides whether to honor a re-import. If the business deletes your record from their workspace and later re-imports a CSV that still contains your information, the record may be restored. Direct deletion requests to the business that runs the form first; if the business cannot or will not exclude your information from future imports, contact us at the address below and we will coordinate.
Your rights
Because the business that runs the form is the controller of your information, the first place to direct any rights request is to them. Look at the form for their contact details or website.
If you cannot reach the business that runs the form, or if you need Pinvale's help to delete your submission from our systems, email privacy@pinvale.com with the subject line Lead-form request. We will respond within 30 days and will coordinate with the business that runs the form to honor your request.
Depending on where you live, your rights may include:
- access to the information held about you;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of your information;
- a portable export of your information;
- objection to or restriction of certain processing, including objection to direct marketing;
- (California) the right to know what is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Pinvale does neither.
How your information moves
Pinvale's servers are operated in the United States by Supabase and Cloudflare. If you submit a form from outside the US, your information will be transferred to the US. Pinvale relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable) as the lawful mechanism for those transfers when received from controllers in the EEA or UK.
About cookies and tracking on this form
Lead-capture forms hosted at app.pinvale.com/f/<...> do not require you to sign in and do not set cookies that identify you. Pinvale uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, to understand aggregate form-page views; it does not build a profile of you across sites.
